7 things don’t do after you eat

1. Do not smoke after your meal, that will only increase the risk of getting cancer 10 times. This is called relative risk, which you can find out more at understanding risk: relative and attribute risk

2. Avoid eat fruit directly after you eat, This will cause your stomach filled with air, give them a gap 1-2 hour after eating.

3. Do not drink tea, as it is acid base content, this will damage protein thus will make it more difficult to be digested.

Healthy sleep

It is often recommended for you to sleep on your right side. Why, simply because if you sleep in your left side, it will only cause more burden for your heart. Remember that at the same time your heart is circulating the blood to all over your body. So by sleeping on your left side, it will only cause more pressure for your heart.

Sleeping in your left side will also make you relax, and calming your nostril. This is good for your mental. Of course, the best sleep way is with your back.

So they choose the meal, the raw material that is based on methods introduced by Jorge Cruise’s diet plan. Take a look on the method and it seems so interesting.

I will not talk about their method, because everybody has their own magic formula. The basic point before you choose this is to do your own diligence, how the food is shiped and delivered to your house, is it hygienis, how they preserve and cook the meal.
