Decided to diet? Which one to go for

Never trust what you read on the packing of food, foods which are said to be fat free are more then likely doing more harm then good as they disguise the fatty products under different names, such as Trans or hydrogenated fats which as said can do even more damage then consumer saturated fats in the first place. You need to find the balance that your body can handle as if you eat too little your body burns muscles which creates more fat and if you over eat the excess food will just be stored as fat.

Simple tips to effectively burn calories

One method is to increase you metabolic rate so you burn more calories then you take in, there a number of ways you can do this but basically speaking a person’s metabolic rate is the speed in which it burns calories off. For example if you consume 3000 calories a day and also burns 3000 calories a day will stay at the same weight as they even each other out. Therefore if you do more sports/exercise your metabolic rate will increase so if the same person consumed 3000 calories a day but burnt off 5000 calories a day they would be loosing weight.

Does morning exercise effectively burn calories?

This question has always raised for a long time, and yet the accurate answer has not beed decided yet. The reason is that each side has its own scientific and experience element to support their argument. But after reviewing several references, I have concluded my own opinion, bases on those information.

Well, basically it is proven that doing moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes in the morning, usually after you wake up, before taking any meals or breakfast, will burn more calories than if it is done on later time. The simple reason is that, when you eat at the night, and you sleep, the body will consume energy taken from glucose. You may probably want to check simple digestion process in previous post to retrieve information about glucose. The unused glucose is stored in your muscles and heart as glycogen.
