Giving your children that head start
We all know that if you teach children from an early age they are more likely to keep up with that habit. So how can you implement healthy eating into your child’s life?
First off if you start eating healthy it makes your life easier as come lunch time you won’t be making 2-3 meals for the whole family so it will reduce the time preparing and making meals. Also your children look up to as a role model so if they see you eating fruit and vegetables they will assume they have to and the earlier you can get them doing this the better and it will become a habit.

Magic foods. What are they? How do they help?
Some foods are referred to as ‘magic foods’, what this means is that they trick your body into thinking your full when your not therefore sustaining the hunger feeling. The trick with these foods are to eat when your hungry and don’t when your not. Sounds simple doesn’t it?

Do negative calories exist?
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could eat something and it not add to your calorie count? Well the fact is – you can!
It’s not the fact the food your eating contains negative calories (that would be impossible), what people mean when they mention “negative calories†is that you burn more calories eating it then the food contains. A simple example would be if you ate something containing 15 calories but you use 25 calories to eat it, that’s 10 negative calories eaten. This is a sure way to loose those unwanted pounds as you still get to eat but your using more calories doing so, therefore burning the excess fat in your body.

More and more scams are becoming available claiming you can “get thin quick†without any work, just simply follow the method given and you will loose weight.
We all know that there is no quick way to loose weight and you will need to stick at it and work hard in order to get anywhere near your goal. If you see or hear of a method which sounds too good to be true, 9 times out of 10 it will be, their advertising statement will claim by simply taking a few pills a day will make you loose weight, I can guarantee that the people promoting this are curvy females or men with six pack abs claiming it worked for them – don’t get caught up in the dream and fall victim to their misleading advertisements.
