Let me share with you an important rule: In order to avoid unnecessary fats you have to eat only when you are hungry.
There is no need to eat something just because you are bored or because you like doing it. It’s important to provide your system with food only when it asks for it. It’s also not wise to wait until you are starving, because you will end up eating more than needed and also to quality of the food with get lower as you will try to grab something fast.

Don’t jump over an important meal. Try to have a habit and eat at the same hours each day. Don’t go to sleep at night, if you haven’t eaten anything for dinner, even if it’s passed 7:00pm. Of course, don’t jump in the other boat and eat at 11pm, as that is not advisable either. As a rule, try to go to bed 2 hours after your evening meal. A light salad and some milk should not create you extra worries as they are less likely to add to your weight.
