Green tea patch diet hits the scene

A popular new craze to hit the weight loss industry is the new ‘green tea patch’ diet, after years and years of research its now finally been proven that diet patches can now sustain the hungry feeling and burn fat at the same time.

This diet is 100% natural and the use of a patch allows the body to absorb the ingredients easily using a transdermal method. The patch basically stimulates the thyroid gland helping you reduce your weight. The transdermal approach is used widely in today’s world for such scenarios as smoking, birth control, pain relief and body detoxication. Patches are becoming more and more popular due to the fact they are the easiest method to date and will guarantee consistent dosage.

This diet contains four basic ingredients although there are modified alternatives but they revolve around the four base components, which are guarana (caffeine, contains gentle fat burning characteristics), chromium (balances blood sugar, as excess sugars are stored as fat by the human body), garcinia cambogia (prevents carbohydrates being converted into fats) and fucus vesiculosus (high in iodine which in turn burns fat by stimulating the thyroid gland to produce hormones).

As mentioned before, this method is by far the easiest to apply and maintain, the following steps will guide you through the process. First off choose a clean dry area of your upper body (also has to be hairless for best results), apply the patch and leave for 24 hours and be sure to consume 8 ounce glasses of water a day to flush out any toxins and replace vital vitamins and fluids. You should use the patches for 90 days in which you will need to eat a balanced diet to ensure the best results.

This diet should not be used if pregnant/lactating women or if you suffer diabetes, hypoglycaemia, serious heart or thyroid problems or those sensitive to iodine.
