Do negative calories exist?
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could eat something and it not add to your calorie count? Well the fact is – you can!
It’s not the fact the food your eating contains negative calories (that would be impossible), what people mean when they mention “negative calories†is that you burn more calories eating it then the food contains. A simple example would be if you ate something containing 15 calories but you use 25 calories to eat it, that’s 10 negative calories eaten. This is a sure way to loose those unwanted pounds as you still get to eat but your using more calories doing so, therefore burning the excess fat in your body.
The key to success with this method is to know the types of foods containing the so called negative calories, more likely then not they are going to be the more boring foods such as a plate full of lettuce but there are some snacks out there so you can spoil yourself with knowing they won’t pile on the calories. Apples, pineapple, melons, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries are examples of the fruits which contain negative calories. Another one would be strawberries but you have to restrain yourself from adding sugar or fresh cream as this will make you consume more calories then it takes to eat them.
There are some vegetables which will have the same effect such as raw carrots, tomatoes and peppers. Given all this information you can make a tasty side salad or how about a fruit salad after a meal. After all you know you won’t be consuming any extra calories.
This was just a selection of some of the negative calorie foods available so do some research and find out the whole list so you can start loosing that unwanted weight today!
