You can burn more calories by making simple changes

There are a number of ways you can help your body burn more calories by making a few changes in your lifestyle. Here I will talk about proven methods of burning off more calories by adjusting your daily activities.

First off is common sense that you do more cardio and aerobic exercises. Increase your physical activities by all means and this will help you keep your metabolism working, you can do this a number of ways such as when you go to the shop or work, try walking or cycling there instead of that 2 minute journey in the car, when your out shopping use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. If you need to take the car to work or to the shops as they are not in walking distance, park your car furthest away from your destination so you walk further which in effect will burn more calories. These are a few suggestions on how to increase your exercise in your daily routine and there are many more which will work.

As well as cardio and aerobic exercise you can start weight training, even if its only 2-4 times a week doing 20 repetitions or so this will help the blood flow around the body as you stretch and will build up your muscles which will make your body work harder and burn more calories, even when your asleep!

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water will help your body keep hydrated which in turn will improve your immune system and keep your skin healthy which in turn will make you more fit and able to exercise more then if you had a poor immune system. There are a lot of diets out in today’s world that are designed to make you loose weight or just simply tone up, always follow the diet, don’t think that if you miss more meals you will loose more weight, your body doesn’t work like that.
