7 things don’t do after you eat

1. Do not smoke after your meal, that will only increase the risk of getting cancer 10 times. This is called relative risk, which you can find out more at understanding risk: relative and attribute risk

2. Avoid eat fruit directly after you eat, This will cause your stomach filled with air, give them a gap 1-2 hour after eating.

3. Do not drink tea, as it is acid base content, this will damage protein thus will make it more difficult to be digested.

4. Do not loosen your belt after you eat, that will make your intestine to be twisted, thus make the absorption process being slower

5. Do not take bathe directly after enjoy your meal, that will increase your blood stream to all your organs such as hands, legs. In consequence, the blood circulation to the stomach will decrease, thus cause barrier for proper digestion process.

6. Do not take a walk after meal. This action will inhibit the process of nutrient absorption of your food in intestine.

7. The last is do not sleep directly after meal, similar with above, this will lead to gastric and infection in the process of absorption of nutrients in our small intestine.
