Understanding your digestion process

Try to live in a healthy way involve an integral daily routine from small things such as choosing the healthy food up to big things such as lifestyle, the way you control your body, relaxing your mental etc. You can not underestimate even the smallest thing, food. When you eat, starting from the mouth, it already involve the way to make your body healthier. Because that when everything starts to result energy and good metabolism process for your body.

When the food is in your mouth, digestion process has begun actually. While your are chewing the food, the process of breaking down food is occurring. Complex and large composition food can not be digested by our center portion of stomach, thus this come the role of our salive, teeth, tongue. Small pieces of food are slow pushed by peristalsis down through esophagus to our stomach. In our stomach, these food are processed along with other chemicals water, hydrochloric acid and enzyme to form a gastric juices.

The process in the stomach takes time ranging between one to four hours. Then peristalsis brings them down pass small intestine. These juices comprise of carbohydrates, protein and fats. During the passing of these elements, nutritions are absorbed. From carbohydrates, glucose is taken, amino acids is absorbed from protein, and and from fats are fatty acids and glycerol. Where will they go?

After being absorped, these nutrients are brought by bloodstream and circulated throughout our body for cell metabolism. It’s nice isn’t it. Btw, I will not cover details on how these organs work, you may want to visit toxicology part of human anatomy. Fats and fat soluble vitamins go through directly to our body cells.

The crucial organ or our body is liver. Do not ever underestimate it, its a place sort of station to transform other nutrients contained in our food to other form of nutrients and distribute them to specific organs.

These all matter digestion processes are really important and better not be disturbed, that is why you have to be careful in managing your mental. Why? That is because this digestion journey can be disrupted by: worry, anxious, shock, weather and exercise. So, plan ahead what you will be facing on, let the process goes through naturally and with sufficient time. There is no such complex and complicated action when it comes to a healthy life. All you have got to do is let the body arrange itself the proper way to give you health.
