Treating anxiety: for your healthy life
Your healthy life will much depends on your daily routine behavior. It is also affected by your mental spirit and especially your motivation to achieve what you have been dreaming off. Burn calories, loss your weight is just a part of integral way in producing high quality life.
There are several occasions where actually people during their effort to achieve good quality of life, reaching a healthy life, often will only meet a failure. Thus this effet, small or large will affect the surrounding and rise an anxiety, a fear. It is also possible during your diet process, or doing healthy pattern, often you feel worry about what you are doing.
On this occasion, I would like to remind you to release that kind of feelings. Many psychologist state that it is better for people to release their emotion feeling inside their heart and brain. These feelings may affect the activity of the body, thus will cause contraproductive result of your daily habits.
Psychologists at the University of Pennsylvania suggest patients who suffer from anxiety to regularly do a “worry session”. Spend a time frame, same time, same place, and collect your worries feelings at that time during the day, and then release them! Pour them out! Don’t ever give any chance of your worries left behind. Try to do this regularly 20-30 minutes a day, this will help preventing numerous psychosomatic illnesses.
If necessary ask your friend, girl/boyfriend, wife/husband, to digg more your anxiety feelings. This is to ensure that all your worries during the day are entirely dumped. By doing this consistently, you will be able to soon feel the effectivity of this session. Happy mental exercise!
