Skimmed milk contains no fat
If you are still figuring out the effective way to reduce your weight in a healthy way, you probably are already be given so many advices from your doctors, relatives and so on. Just to remind you that not all those advices will result in a good standing. What I am saying is, do your own due diligence of any suggestions or recommendations out there before you start to do it.
Let us take a look of one of the example high chance that you ever get this. Some people or even nutrition experts or doctors still recommend you to do the diet by drinking skimmed milk. Indeed that skimmed milk most of them contain less than 1% fat, while the remaining probably non-fat milk.
There is one wrong perception that people have related to this skimmed milk. Indeed for the sake of our health, and reducing our fat, we are suggested to drink skimmed milk. We drink milk to absorp primarily calcium and vitamins (A and D). Most will agree and no dispute with this.
You know that most of skimmed milk in the market are from factory, not having content as high as those from organic farm, means fresh milk from cow farm. We may try to add something more valuable such as vitamin content to emulate the milk, of course within the medical guidelines.
Prepare any clean glass full with skimmed milk. Add couple of drops of vitamins (A, D or E) that are very good for growth. Stir gently to mix up the vitamins. Now notice what will happen. The vitamins will not mix to the milk, it simply because vitamins are fat soluble, while skimmed milk does not have fat. Skimmed milk is water based solution, the fat is spun off, taken away and repackaged for you.
What can you suggest for this? If there are no vitamins contained within skimmed milk, then why would any advice suggest us to drink skimmed milk to improve our health, while the fact is it does not contain any vitamins at all? Obviously it is not healthy!
The conclusion is skimmed milk clearly not a healthy food, thus to get better calcium, it is better to replace milk with other food such as sardines or green leafy vegetables. If you are still not believe, just try it at home, purchase baby vitamins bottle for Vitamin A, D or E and pour 4 or 5 drops to your skimmed milk. Stir it and you see by yourself what will happen. Good luck..
