Negative calorie diet
Have you ever heard that before? If you are sort of person struggling to lose weight effectively for years, I bet you have heard this before. It’s really simple. Negative calories is a negative calorie, just a simple minus, you are lack of calorie due to your action, in this case diet. When you eat a food, and that food simply does not balance with calories you burn during digestion process, it will give you negative calorie.
Suppose you eat a fruit, and the fruit you consume has 80 calories. Your body’s chemical processing, digestion and metabolizing force you to burn off 100 calories, thus, your negative calorie effect is 20 calories.
Now let us talk about the diet itself. Actually, diet is defined as food eating habit, thats it! there is no such losing weight definition with diet. It’s true. The practical meaning is the usual food or drink of a person or animal. So, it’s all about your habit! again, the keyword here is habit.
We have talked about the diet, now we should know that the next step is to set up a list of food that potentially giving us a negative calorie diet. Don’t worry, I will give the list on the next post.
Negative calorie diet is kind a popular way to reduce you calorie in a healthy way. You still eat, you still store fats, but you CONTROL the calories. That what matters. You do not have to be starving while undergoing diet, you don’t even need to imagine tasty and delicious food as if you define diet before you know the real meaning. Negative calorie diet is a way you probably need, but of course you’ve got to commit to yourself. Actually this is the hardest part, commit and discipline. I will not talk too much about that, since I believe there are so many encouragement out there you can find how to build a consistent behavior.
