Remember about what I have said before about skin aging? Sort of self actualisation, when you must understand that it is you who can seve your skin, by supplying them with nutritious food. Not your mother, not even your expert claimed doctor, but it’s you!

Well I’ve got good news for you. There is another way, something can be integrated into your daily routine to not only burn your calories but even better, prevent immediate skin aging. How’s that sound?

The answer is simple, did you know that by at least providing 30 minutes a day walking, 3 or 4 times a week can combat skin aging? Well, now you know. The reason behind that is according the research of University of California, the basic principle causes deterioration of human’s physical organs is its diminished ability to metabolize glucose. They found that even little extra walking can help you hold onto the neurons you have.

Walking can also increase blood circulation, and guess what does that mean? it means more blood circulation to all your body, your brain, your muscles, everything, thats what your organs need of course including your skin. Since your body contains high quality oxygen, thus you are in essence oxygenating your body to “breath”.

Walking increases your breathing, your heart beat and your lung capacity, and the most encouraging is, numerous studies of citizens who walk regularly showed significant improvement in memory skills compared with non-walkers. Extra walking can also lower your blood pressure and helps the body process glucose, thus will reduce risk of heart disease and diabetes.

Interestingly, this kind of pattern exercise has been implemented in most Japanese companies. The usually before work do sort of stretching, and relaxing body in the middle of work. They believe, those activities will increase productivity. Well, at least I do not see that is the only factor, just look on the average life age of Japanese, its a fact you can see.

So, what are you waiting for? Give your skin extra oxygen, take a little walk. Don’t take elevator if your office in 2nd or 3rd floor, instead try to walk by taking steps.
