Nutrition: your defense
Really, your nutrition is your true friends. Why is that? To maintain your health, your skin or every single factors in your body, every single elements must be put in a balancing way. You have precious resources and your body is able to guard them, of course with appropriate ammunition.
What could attack your health? In previous post about maintaining your skin, its already mentioned the actual protection is your own nutrition. And how you can develop that? of course by truly understanding the way your body, your skin works.
Every single cells within your body must work on a proper condition. If once that requirements are not met, your membrane cells of your skin or even your body will suffer and damaged. You have to realize that once its damaged, chain reaction somehow will take place, thus will even cause bigger effect, skin aging, dead cells etc. Of course, not all membrane cells will die, groups of cells will always able to survive. Why do they able to survive? The answer is because their equipped themseve with powerful amunition, which is nutrition.
So, understanding the essence of your skin health is the keypoint here, when you do realize how your skin and your body work, you can integrate the maintenance of them into your daily routine. By what? by carefully picking your food, choose well nutritious food.
