Remember when I say, diet is not about lessen your eating habit, instead of picking the right choice of food when the calorie you eat, balanced with the calorie your body burn. So, it is not about the quantity, but more about quality. Check again my previous post about negative calorie diet.
So I found a very interesting site, they claim to deliver the food you want, and the most attractive part is they will pick the ingredients suited with the diet program. Hows that sound to you? So they choose the meal, the raw material that is based on methods introduced by Jorge Cruise’s diet plan. Take a look on the method and it seems so interesting.
I will not talk about their method, because everybody has their own magic formula. The basic point before you choose this is to do your own diligence, how the food is shiped and delivered to your house, is it hygienis, how they preserve and cook the meal.
